Privacy notice
How Wellbeing Powered collects, uses and protects your personal information.
Who I am
Wellbeing Powered is run by Pablo Gómez (“I”, “me”), a personal trainer and holistic coach based in London. I am the data controller for the personal information described here. Contact: pablo@wellbeingpowered.com or 07375 697311.
What I collect
When you send an enquiry through this website: your name, email address, optional phone number, your main goal, how you would like to train and anything you choose to tell me in your message.
If you message or call me, the content of that conversation. If you become a client, the information needed to coach you, which may include health, injury, body measurement and lifestyle information. I only collect health information with your explicit consent.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
How I use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call, deliver the coaching you sign up for, take payment and keep the records I am legally required to keep. I never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Lawful basis
Replying to enquiries and preparing a programme: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and my legitimate interest in responding. Delivering coaching: performance of a contract. Health information: your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Financial records: legal obligation.
Who I share it with
Only the services I use to run the business, each acting on my instructions: Formspree (delivers website enquiries to my inbox), Trainerize (coaching app), WhatsApp (if you message me), Google Forms (the optional wellbeing check) and, for the Genetic Wellbeing Blueprint only, the DNA testing provider, with your consent. Some of these providers store data outside the UK; where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to coaching are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept while you train with me and for up to six years afterwards for insurance and tax purposes, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask me to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how I use it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email me and I will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how I handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
